In order to get support on the Ishida UNI-9 scales in both stores:
Send an email to these email addresses:
- greg@alliancescale.com
- paul@alliancescale.com
- roy@alliancescale.com
Include the following information:
- Store that scale is in.
- IP address from bottom left corner of scale sales screen (something like 192.168.n.nnn, where n may vary for each scale)
- A detailed description of the problem along with what's been done to resolve it already.
Also, put in a ticket to the Guido's Help Desk, for tracking purposes.
