Code to Allow Emails Through Banned Attachment Filter

Include the text "Attachment-Guidos" anywhere in the SUBJECT of the email, and the email will be allowed through the filter with banned attachments.

Please only give this out to very specific individuals that needs to frequently send attachments that you trust.
