How to block an email address or domain in SpamTitan
To block an email address or domain:
- Open the Guido's Spam Filter (SpamTitan) on your phone or desktop and log in.
- Click on the "Filter Rules" tab at the top.
- To block an email address, click "Add" on the right below the "Blocked Email Addresses" section.
- Enter the sender's email address
- Enter a comment if desired (to remember why it was blocked).
- Click the "Save" button.
- To block a domain (all emails from that company), click "Add" on the right below the "Blocked Domains" section.
- Enter the email domain (ie; xyz.com, abc-tools.com, etc)
- If there is a sub-domain in the email/domain, like sales.abc-tools.com, you may check the box for "Include Subdomains".
- Enter a comment if desired.
- Click the "Save" button.
