Sync a Shared Google Calendar with macOS, OS X, or iOS
Setting up Google mail, calendar, and contacts in Mac OS or IOS is fairly simple, except if you have shared Google calendars. By default, shared Google calendars will not show on these platforms.
The change will take affect shortly in your Mac/IOS device. I used this method on an iPad and 2 Macs. (ON one Mac, I did have to restart it for the change to take effect, but there could have been a delay in the internet or Google servers, which is more likely)

To correct that:
- Sign in to your Google Calendar online via a web browser.
- Navigate to the following path: https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect
- You will see the other users listed on the Google shared calendars in your account.
- Check off these other shared calendar users and click the SAVE button.
