Get Banned Attachment emails from SpamTitan

This document has instructions for TECHS to get Banned Attachment emails out of the SpamTitan mail quarantine.

NOTE: Be careful to NOT release any emails that you're not 100% sure are from a valid source and do NOT contain a virus!!

Access SpamTitan Quarantine
Open the Quarantine and log in as usual, here:
http://spamtitan.guidosfreshmarketplace.com
Select the “Quarantine” tab at the top, if it's not already selected.
Open "SEARCH FILTERS" window
Click the "Down Arrow" next to "SEARCH FILTERS", to open the entry box.
Change "Message Type" fromChange "Message Type" from "Spam" toAttach "ments"Banned
Click the pulldown, next to "Message type" that says “Spam”.
Change it to say “Banned attachments”.
Apply changes
Click “Apply” button at bottom, and a new list will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Select emails to whitelist or release
Check a box next to the one(s) to whitelist OR release, and then click the appropriate button at the top to "Whitelist" or "Release" the email.
The email will appear in your inbox.
