Access voicemail from remote phone anywhere
Dial into the store (413-442-9912 or 413-528-9255)
During the operator greeting, press ** (asterisk twice).
At the prompt, enter your extension number (voice mailbox number) then wait for your greeting to play.
Press * during your greeting playing.
Then enter your voicemail password.
Follow the prompts to manage voicemail or listen to messages.
